The People's Chocolate is a nonprofit organization formed in September 2024 in Manila, Philippines as a retail brand of quality chocolate that will donate 100% of its profits to help cacao farmers recover from the devastation of climate change and help prepare them for future severe weather.
Our team at The People's Chocolate is small now, consisting of an Executive Director and a chairman of the advisory board and we are seeking board members in the categories of cacao farmers, climate experts, pastry chefs, chocolate makers, cocoa distributors, policy makers and our team will be made up of dedicated farmers, activists, and support staff who are passionate about what they do. Chocolate production is not just farm and factory work, it is an art form, and ours is The Art of Making Chocolate that brings awareness of Climate Change and the challenge it creates for cacao farmers.
